Because we have to keep a low overhead to keep our prices low, many items may not be in stock but are most likely available from our distributors.  Please call or email to check our inventory before ordering so you can be sure we can get your item(s).  If we have to order an item in, it will add 6 to 8 days to standard shipping times.  Some items may be drop-shipped direct from our distributors to your door.  Either way, we will track your item(s) for you and keep you well informed. 

Payment for any item(s) ordered is taken upfront.

All shipments will be sent via whatever carrier supports the shipping address you have provided to us the best. 

We reserve the right to choose that carrier.

For US Domestic Standard (Lower 48 States) Regular Parcel Ground:

     Our Shipping Calculator will only calculate US Domestic (Lower 48 States) Regular Parcel Ground shipping and handling cost.  In many cases this is the same or close to the same cost as USPS Priority Mail which is a 2 to 3 day service.  Referring to the statement above, we will choose whatever carrier supports the shipping address you have provided to us the best.  If USPS Priority Mail supports your area for the same or close to the same cost as what has already been charged for shipping and handling, we will ship you parcel using USPS Priority Mail.

For Over-sized, Heavy, or LTL Truck Shipments:

     For Over-sized, Heavy, or Truck Shipments, we will contact you with a shipping and handling amount.  A PayPal invoice will be issued for any additional shipping and handling costs over and above the US Domestic (Lower 48 States) Regular Parcel Ground shipping and handling cost which has already been charged to your order.  We will process your order as soon as we receive it but will not ship until the extra shipping and handling costs have been paid.  Remember: the driver of an LTL Delivery Truck is not responsible for the off-loading of freight.  They are usually only responsible to get the freight to the back doors of the delivery truck.  In most cases, you are responsible for getting it off the truck.

For Overnight, 2ND Day, and Priority:   

     For USPS Express Overnight or UPS 2ND Day And UPS Red Overnight, please contact us by emailing our customer service department or by calling us at 239-945-8463 for quote.  A PayPal invoice will be issued for any additional shipping and handling costs over and above the US Domestic (Lower 48 States) Regular Parcel Ground shipping and handling cost which has already been charged to your order.  We will process your order as soon as we receive it but will not ship until the extra shipping and handling costs have been paid. 

 FOR ALASKA AND HAWAII:

We will ship Standard Service to Alaska and Hawaii via USPS Priority Mail ONLY. 

     Our Shipping Calculator will only calculate US Domestic (Lower 48 States) Regular Parcel Ground shipping and handling cost.  In many cases this is the same or close to the same cost as USPS Priority Mail which is a 3 to 5 day service to Alaska and Hawaii.  If this is the case, you will not be responsible for any extra shipping and handling charges.  If not, a PayPal invoice will be issued for any additional shipping and handling costs over and above the US Domestic (Lower 48 States) Regular Parcel Ground shipping and handling cost which has already been charged to your order.  We will process your order as soon as we receive it but will not ship until the extra shipping and handling costs have been paid. 

FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the United States):

Please contact us by emailing our customer service department or by calling us at 239-945-8463 for quote before ordering.  We use USPS Priority International for all of our international shipments. 

We are not responsible for any extra taxes or tariffs charged by the government of the country you are requesting we ship to.

The amount of shipping and handling charged over and above the US Domestic (Lower 48 States) Regular Parcel Ground Regular Parcel shipping cost for any International Order is NON-REFUNDABLE.  The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return of any International Order to our facility.
